This single storey house is part of a collection of residential buildings built by the late architect Leonard Manasseh. The renovation of internal space has been kept minimal in response to the brief and to compliment this typical example of 1960s’ British Modernist Architecture.

An infill extension was added to the original fenestration while the kitchen and bathrooms were repositioned in a new design. Glass ‘slots’ were introduced to several walls to create a visual connection between rooms and skylights were strategically placed to amplify natural light.

Douglas fir solid floor boards were used as floor finish throughout the house to help create a uniform uninterrupted space.
