This was Konditor & Cook’s third bakery with a commercial kitchen, built at the corner of Gray’s Inn Road. The project aimed to further establish the Konditor & Cook brand while maintaining the shops individuality.

A pivoted glass and timber facade was fitted to ensure the baked goods could be seen both internally and externally.
The concrete counter was chosen to compliment the original timber floor. Versatile modular display boxes were added above the counter to be used as storage or decoration in a combination of rectangles and squares. Additional lights were hung from the ceiling, doing justice to the delicious fare on offer.
